KeyTech Ltd was the biggest decliner in a quiet week on The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) last week.The telecoms company traded 3,146 shares as it fell 11.35 percent 88 cents to $5.31 with 3,146 shares traded.Butterfield Bank also dropped 3.93 percent (five cents) to $1.22 as 80,100 common shares changed hands.The bank also transacted 45 preference shares, but its share price held firm at $1,232.Overall the Index was down 23.94 points (2.18 percent) at 1,093.44 with 83,246 shares worth BD$118,692 and 304 shares worth US$57,447.25 traded.The BSX Insurance Index, however, rose eight points (0.82 percent) to 980.
