Ascendant Group Ltd shares rose 1.8 percent yesterday in Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) trading.The parent company of electricity provider Belco was the only domestic board company to trade and finished the day up 23 cents at $12.75, as 2,100 shares traded.The Royal Gazette/BSX Index rose two points, or 0.19 percent to close at 1,079,44. Volume was 2,100 shares and turnover was $26,750.
