BF&M remains at 52-week high

The Royal Gazette / Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) Index was unchanged last week in a quiet five days of trading.The only price movement was seen in Butterfield Bank’s preference shares, which fell $10, or 0.8 percent, to close the week on $1,220, as 15 shares traded.Butterfield’s common shares remained unchanged at $1.23, as 4,200 shares changed hands.Also trading were insurance sector rivals Argus Group Holdings Ltd, which remained at a 52-week low of $3.40 as 10,000 shares traded, and BF&M Ltd, which stayed on a 52-week high of $16, as 2,600 shares were exchanged.The Index closed on Friday unchanged at 1,068.81. Share volume for the week was 16,815 and turnover was just shy of $100,000.
