KeyTech slides 1.4%

KeyTech Ltd shares fell 1.4 per cent in Bermuda Stock Exchange trading today.

The telecommunications group, which owns Logic Communications, as well as stakes in CellOne and CableVision, fell five cents to close on $3.60 — ten cents above its 52-week low.

BF&M Ltd was the only stock to advance. The insurer gained ten cents, or 0.6 per cent, to close the day on $18.10.

The Royal Gazette / BSX Index gained 0.07 points, or 0.01 per cent, to close on 1,363.32. Volume was 4,131 shares, while turnover was $28,356.

The BSX Insurance Index of the Island’s leading international re/insurance companies fell sharply on a miserable day for the wider market. The index dipped 21.52 points, or 1.41 per cent, to close on 1,507.23.
