Butterfield drives BSX higher

Butterfield boost: the bank's share proce rise helped The Royal Gazette/BSX Index gain nearly 1.4 per cent
A total of 25,813 shares worth about $147,193 yesterday traded on the Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) today.
The Bank of Butterfield was up four cents at $1.90 after 19,313 shares traded.
Insurance firm BF&M was unchanged at $17 after 6,500 shares changed hands.
The Royal Gazette/BSX Index closed up 17.65 points (1.39 per cent) at 1,288.92.
The BSX Insurance Index ended the day up 31.10 points (1.89 per cent) at 1,679.11.
