Butterfield shares rise on BSX

Moving up: Bank of Butterfield shares rose on The Royal Gazette/BSX Index and the New York Stock Exchange
The Bank of Butterfield’s share price rose in Bermuda and in New York.
Bank shares went up 25 cents, or 1 per cent, to $24.75 on The Royal Gazette/BSX Index.
On the New York Stock Exchange the bank was up 15 cents, or 0.59 per cent, at $25.58.
The Royal Gazette/BSX Index closed up 11.24 points, or 0.71 per cent, at 1,594.64.
The BSX Insurance Index ended the day down 17.05 points, or 1.02 per cent, at 1,651.25.
