Paint firm Devonshire Industries today rose 25 cents to $5.75 in Bermuda Stock Exchange trading.

The 4.5 per cent rise came after 200 shares traded.

Butter field Bank was unchanged at $25.10, while on the New York Stock Exchange, the bank’s shares rose 20 cents, or 0.8 per cent, to $25.30.

The Royal Gazette/BSX Index closed up 0.1 points or 0.01 per cent at 1,617.24.

The BSX Insurance Index ended the day up 1.89 points, or 0.11 per cent, at 1,703.04.
