The Royal Gazette/BSX Index closed unchanged at 1,962.51 after a day of no trades.

On the New York Stock Exchange, the Bank of Butterfield dropped 39 cents, or 1.20 per cent, to $32.09.

The BSX Insurance Index ended the day up 17.44 points, or 0.98 per cent, at 1,757.04.
