The Royal Gazette/BSX Index was experiencing technical difficulties with its daily report yesterday, however, from details posted on its website, shares of Argus Group shares improved by one cent to $4.55 after 6,800 were traded.

Butterfield Bank shares rose by 30 cents to $32.30 after 7,608 were exchanged. On the New York Stock Exchange, the bank’s shares were up 40 cents, or 1.22 per cent, at $33.22.

The Royal Gazette/BSX Index stood at 1,957.

The BSX Insurance Index was 1,772.85, a rise of 3.8 points.
