There were no trades on the Bermuda Stock Exchange today, leaving The Royal Gazette/BSX Index unchanged at 2,679.43.

For the week, the index added 0.27 per cent, with Somers Ltd the biggest gainer with a 6.6 per cent increase.

In New York today, Butterfield Bank’s US-listed shares fell 16 cents, or 0.34 per cent, to close on $46.45.

The BSX Insurance Index closed at 1,839.07, down by 2.05 points, or 0.1 per cent.
