No stocks traded on the Bermuda Stock Exchange, leaving The Royal Gazette/BSX Index unchanged on 1,834.79.The US-listed shares of Butterfield Bank gained $1.33, or 5.84 per cent, to close at $24.09 on the New York Stock Exchange as 147,769 shares changed hands.Butterfield last traded at $24.50 on the BSX.The BSX Insurance Index gained 47.69 points, or 3.53 per cent, to close on 1,398.65.For the week, the BSX index gained 2.74 per cent, driven by gains for Butterfield Bank (1.9 per cent), Argus Group Holdings (11.7 per cent), Ascendant Group (8.2 per cent) and One Communications (2.6 per cent).
