Butterfield shares down 8.55% on NYSE

The only stock to trade on The Royal Gazette/BSX Index was One Communications Ltd, which was unchanged at $4 after 8,807 shares were exchanged.
On the New York Stock Exchange, shares of Butterfield Bank were down $2.51, or 8.55 per cent, at $26.86.
The Royal Gazette/BSX Index was unchanged at 1,895.52, while the BSX Insurance Index was down 19 points, or 1.33 per cent, at 1,454.25.
Separately, One Communications Ltd said it repurchased 7,534 of its common shares last month, at an average price of $3.97, for immediate cancellation.
In addition, LOM Financial Ltd purchased a total of 65 of its shares in October, at an average price of $2.80, for cancellation.
