Butterfield Bank shares rise on NYSE

A total of 3,701 shares of Butterfield Bank traded on the Royal Gazette/BSX Index, but with no change to the closing price of $31.
On the New York Stock Exchange, the bank’s shares were up 41 cents, or 1.31 per cent, at $31.69.
The Royal Gazette/BSX Index was unchanged at 2,035.51, while the BSX Insurance Index fell 0.98 of a point, or 0.06 per cent, to 1,585.03.
