Butterfield Bank shares slide on NYSE

There were no trades on The Royal Gazette/BSX Index, which was unchanged at 2,233.34.
The BSX Insurance Index fell 17.59 points, or 1.08 per cent, to 1,613.6.
On the New York Stock Exchange, shares of Butterfield Bank were down $1.03, or 2.93 per cent, at $34.16.
