Butterfield shares rise on NYSE

The Royal Gazette/BSX Index had another quiet day with no trades. The Index closed unchanged at 2,594.91.
On the New York Stock Exchange, shares of Butterfield Bank were up 16 cents, or 0.42 per cent, at $38.04.
The BSX Insurance Index was up 6.28 per cent, or 0.37 per cent, at 1,724.46.
