Butterfield shares inch higher on NYSE

There was trading in 1,025 shares of Butterfield Bank on The Royal Gazette/BSX Index, but with no change to the closing price of $38.25.
On the New York Stock Exchange, the bank's shares improved 15 cents, or 0.38 per cent, to $39.60.
The Royal Gazette/BSX Index was unchanged at 2,600.63, while the BSX Insurance Index was up 8.28 points, or 0.46 per cent, at 1,813.36.
