The RG/BSX Index was up 1.19 points (0.09 per cent) on Thursday, closing at 2,111.10.
There was some trading activity with 300 Argus Group Holdings shares changing hands at a value of $1,665, finishing at $5.55, up five cents (0.9 per cent).
Meanwhile, the Bank of N.T. Butterfield ended the day at $25.25, up 18 cents (0.72 per cent) on the New York Stock Exchange with 503,107 shares trading.
