Bank shares down on NYSE

The Royal Gazette/BSX Index was up 184.83 points to 2,942.16 at the close
The RG/BSX Index soared 184.83 (6.70 per cent) to close at 2,942.16 today as three issues traded.
Moving the exchange higher was Bank of Butterfield, which closed at $44.50, up $3.30 or 8 per cent after 350 shares changed hands.
Allshores Limited was up a penny (0.1 per cent) at $16.76 after 2,418 shares traded. Bermuda Aviation Services was also a penny higher (0.5 per cent) at $2, after 100 shares traded.
Butterfield lost 78 cents (1.73 per cent) on the New York Stock Exchange, finishing at $44.42.
