Butterfield ended the day at $52 on the Bermuda Stock Exchange, up $1
The RG/BSX Index rose 57.57 points (1.76 per cent) to close at 3,331.34 on Monday.
Only Butterfield Bank saw activity on the Bermuda Stock Exchange, with 425 shares changing hands to end the day at $52, up $1 (2 per cent).
The turnover was $21,600.
Butterfield Bank reached $53.40 on the New York Stock Exchange, up 32 cents (0.60 per cent), near the 52-week high of $53.85, with 91,300 shares trading.
