Butterfield shares rise 1.5% in New York

No shares traded on the Bermuda Stock Exchange
The RG/BSX Index remained idle today with no trading on the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
During the week, Bermuda Press rose 50 cents (8.3 per cent) to $6.50 after 1,100 shares changed hands.
Allshores rose 80 cents (3.8 per cent) to $21.80 after the trading of 25,227 shares.
And Butterfield Bank fell $1.40 (2.6 per cent) to $52.10 after 2,985 shares traded.
The bank closed up 80 cents (1.51 per cent) at $53.67 on the New York Stock Exchange today.
