Allshores surges 9% on BSX

The Royal Gazette/BSX Index was up 20.13 points
Shares of Allshores surged 9 per cent in Bermuda Stock Exchange trading today. The insurer climbed $1.99 to close on on $23.99 as 5,000 shares changed hands.
Watlington Waterworks also gained ground, adding 50 cents, or 1.5 per cent, to close the day at $34.
The Royal Gazette/BSX Index climbed 20.13 points, or 0.55 per cent, to close on 3,690.51. BSX trading volume was 6,000 shares and turnover totalled $153,607.
The US-listed shares of Butterfield Bank gained 65 cents, or 1.11 per cent, to close at $59.11 on the New York Stock Exchange on above-average volume of 222,588 shares.
