I am a customer care consultant/receptionist and I ensure that both customers over the phone and those who walk in are attended to and assisted with any requests or queries that they may have.

What is your job?

My favourite part of my job is dealing with customers on a daily basis with the requests and queries.

What is your favourite part of the job?

My least favourite part is when I have so much on my schedule and I am unable to finish my day-to-day tasks.

What is your least favourite part of the job?

What is your most interesting experience at work? My most interesting experience until now has been to receive a certificate in the seminar class I attended, which was called “Customer In Service”. The seminar helped me in many ways when it comes to assisting customers on a daily basis.

I would probably be working in the hotel industry, where I would still be working with customers, including people who are from overseas, and where I would be able to work in more than one department.
