PwC Bermuda today announced the appointment of three new partners — David Cartmill, Crystal Pittendrigh and Damian Sealy. Their promotions are effective July 1.

Arthur Wightman, PwC Bermuda leader, said: “We congratulate this exceptional group of new leaders. Each brings the insight, experience and drive to help clients innovate and navigate today’s challenging environment.

“Their collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering sustained outcomes reflects the strength of our firm and our leading culture and values.

“David, Crystal and Damian have a track record of delivering outstanding results and leading through complex change. Their appointments are a testament to the work and dedication they have displayed in serving our clients and supporting our people.”

Mr Cartmill, partner, private client services, brings over 20 years of experience across Bermuda, the UK and Australia. He leads PwC’s dedicated private clients practice, specialising in delivering audit, accounting, payroll and supporting services to local and international clients across a broad range of industries.

PwC said Mr Cartmill offers strategic insights to help navigate complex accounting and reporting challenges.

Ms Pittendrigh, partner, tax services, has more than 18 years of experience in the financial services sector, specialising in the re/insurance industry. She advises on US tax matters, including compliance and related informational reporting, and the implementation of Bermuda corporate income tax.

Her primary focus is on Bermuda captives, insurance-linked securities structures, and US consolidated groups. In 2026, she was named to the Captive Review Power 50, which recognises the most influential professionals in the captive insurance industry.

Mr Sealy, partner and head of actuarial services, joined PwC Bermuda in 2019 from the PwC UK firm and leads PwC’s actuarial services practice in Bermuda and across the PwC member firms in the Caribbean.

He advises insurers, reinsurers and captives on actuarial, risk and financial matters across audit and advisory engagements, helping them address complex business and regulatory challenges.

PwC said the appointments of Mr Cartmill and Mr Sealy were subject to the approval of the Bermuda Department of Immigration.
