A man acquitted of murder in the Supreme Court has appeared in Magistrates’ Court, on a separate charge of assaulting another man.Lee Symons, 21, denied committing the offence against Robert Williams on June 29.Magistrate Juan Wolffe set a January 23 trial date for the assault charge.
