Boy, 15, charged with murdering teenager
A 15-year-old boy from Warwick has been charged with the murder of 18-year-old Malcolm Outerbridge.
Rashaun Codrington, of Khyber Pass, was yesterday formally charged in Magistrates’ Court with murdering Mr Outerbridge on October 28 in Warwick.
He was additionally charged with one count of possessing a bladed article, specifically a knife with a cutting edge of six inches, in a public place.
Rashaun appeared in court in custody, wearing a white T-shirt and grey pants. He remained silent throughout the proceedings as he was not required to enter a plea the charges are indictable and must be heard in Supreme Court.
Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner remanded him in custody until November 18.
