Two men were arrested soon afterwards, and a firearm was seized. One of the home’s occupants was taken to hospital with a lacerated shoulder.Yesterday, prosecutor Nicole Smith successfully applied to Supreme Court for a two-week extension of the period that the suspects can be held under the Firearms Act.The media is subject to a reporting restriction imposed by the court, which was requested by Ms Smith to protect the ongoing investigation. It means that the suspects cannot be identified.
