Supermarket owner Frank Arnold is among the latest to fall afoul of the Island’s laws against using a hand-held device while driving.Arnold, 44, of Paget, admitted in Magistrates’ Court to the October 5 offence.He was fined $300 by Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner.
