A Warwick man was charged in Magistrates’ Court with causing the death of Jason Darrell, who died in a road traffic accident last month.Vernell Jason Ingham is accused of causing Mr Darrell’s death by driving a motor vehicle in a careless manner on Harbour Road in Paget, on January 26.The 24-year-old wasn’t required to enter a plea yesterday as the case must be heard before the Supreme Court.Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner released Mr Ingham on $10,000 bail with one surety.Mr Darrell died after a car and two motorcycles collided at 5.10pm near the junction with Salt Kettle Road.Mr Darrell, another motorcycle rider and his pillion passenger were rushed to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital. He succumbed to serious injuries as a result of the crash.
