A Sandys man accused of having an air rifle yesterday appeared in Magistrates’ Court.Raymond Gibbons, 28, denied being in possession of a prohibited weapon on March 25.Lawyer Charles Richardson told Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner that the device might not technically qualify as an air rifle.Mr Warner gave the defendant bail of $5,000 with one surety, and ordered him to return to court on May 21.
