Tourists accused of drugs conspiracy

Two New Yorkers denied conspiring to import cocaine to Bermuda when they appeared at Magistrates’ Court yesterday.Tasha Plummer and Collin Moodie, both 34 and of the Bronx, were jointly accused of committing the offence between a date unknown and May 30, in Bermuda and elsewhere.They were also charged with possession of cocaine with intent to supply in St George’s on May 30, which they both denied.Ms Plummer, of Mace Avenue, and Mr Moodie, of East 221 Street, opted for a summary trial in Magistrates’ Court. Their next court appearance was set for June 18.
