The following cases were among those dealt with in Magistrates’ Court yesterday.Malcolm Gosling, 23, of Middle Road, Paget, admitted having an unlicensed motorbike and no third party insurance. He was fined $750 and given five demerit points on his licence.Abdallah Ahad, 64, of Somerset Road, Sandys, admitted mooring a boat without a licence at Ely’s Harbour and keeping or operating an unregistered boat. He was fined $100.Rory Simons, 24, admitted speeding at 61kph. He was fined $230 and given six demerit points.Jamine Parker, 18, admitted speeding at 62kph and was fined $230 and given six demerit points.Damiko Gibbons, 26, pleaded guilty to using a hand-held device while driving and driving without a licence. He was fined $400 and given 13 demerit points.
