A 26-year-old Smith’s man plead not guilty to being charged with possession of cannabis with intent to supply in Magistrates’ Court.Crown Counsel Cindy Clarke told the court police issued a warrant August 9 last year and allegedly found Thorpe with $900 worth of cannabis with intent to supply.Magistrate Nicole Stoneham adjourned the matter to August 9 for trial.Mr Thorpe was granted $3,000 bail with one required surety, and was ordered to report to Hamilton Police Station every Monday and Friday.
