A 20-year-old man already on remand for a sexual assault charge was charged in Magistrates’ Court today with sexual assault in relation to a different incident.The Warwick man was remanded last week after being charged with serious sexual assault.He was not required to enter a plea on the new charge because it is an indictable offence.Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner remanded the defendant into custody and ordered him to appear in court next week for mention.
