A Warwick man yesterday denied charges of threatening and assaulting a past president of the Southampton Cricket Club.Chris Furbert, 35, pleaded not guilty to charges of assaulting and threatening Randy Raynor in an incident on June 15 in Southampton.Mr Furbert allegedly told Mr Raynor: “If you call the cops, I will f*** you up.”He also denied causing wilful damage on the same date, damaging 57 newspapers and a shirt costing $19.95.Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo released the defendant on $2,000 bail on the condition that he have no contact with Mr Raynor.
