A Sandys man was charged in Magistrates’ Court this morning with causing grievous bodily harm by driving without due care and attention.

Tian Xu, 23, allegedly injured Anthony Joinville on Middle Road, Southampton, on December 4 last year.

Mr Xu was not required to enter a plea because the charge is indictable and will be tried in Supreme Court.

Magistrate Archibald Warner granted $5,000 bail with one surety and adjourned the matter to March 27 for mention.
