Burglar given conditional discharge
A Pembroke man convicted of breaking into a restaurant received a conditional discharge yesterday.
David Furbert, 54, was found guilty of breaking into Mello B’s on July 21 last year and taking $4.
While Furbert had denied the offences, he was convicted following a Magistrates’ Court trial.
Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo gave Furbert a conditional discharge, warning the defendant that if he was to be convicted of another offence or breach conditions in the next year, another sentence could be put in place
