A 31-year-old man has denied accusations that he posted “intimate videos” of a former lover to the internet without her consent.The man, from St George’s, pleaded not guilty in Magistrates’ Court yesterday to two counts of sending videos of “an indecent or obscene character” through “a public electronic communications service”.The incidents are alleged to have happened between September 20 and November 5 last year.The defendant and the alleged victim cannot be identified for legal reasons.Senior magistrate Juan Wolffe released the man on $1,000 bail and ordered him not to contact the alleged victim or upload any information that involved her to the internet.Mr Wolffe adjourned the case until October 5.• It is The Royal Gazette’s policy not to allow comments on stories regarding court cases.
