A 25-year-old man pleaded not guilty yesterday to sexually assaulting a woman and trespassing on her property.

The defendant, who cannot be named for legal reasons, chose to have his case heard in Magistrates’ Court and yesterday denied the offences, which allegedly occurred on March 12 of this year.

Magistrate Tyrone Chin adjourned the case to November 21 for mention and released the defendant on $2,500 bail until that time.
