West End driver charged with causing injury
A motorist has been accused of causing grievous bodily harm by driving a car dangerously in Sandys.
Ebony Butterfield, 32, was also charged in Magistrates’ Court yesterday with driving while impaired by alcohol, refusing to take a breath test and not immediately stopping after a collision.
Ms Butterfield allegedly committed the offences, which were said to result in Quadae Baker being injured, on January 3.
She was not required to plea as the case must be heard in the Supreme Court.
Senior magistrate Maxanne Anderson sent the matter to the July arraignments and released Ms Butterfield, from Sandys, on $5,000 bail until that time.
