A man has been accused of taking part in a fight in Queen Elizabeth II Park.
Eric DeSilva, 39, was also charged with having a knife with a four-inch blade in the park, an increased penalty zone, when he appeared in Magistrates’ Court yesterday.
Mr DeSilva, from Sandys, denied the offences, which allegedly occurred last Thursday.
Senior magistrate Maxanne Anderson adjourned the case to June 23 and remanded Mr DeSilva into custody until that time.
