Man found guilty of having drugs and criminal property
A man was found guilty of several drug-related offences in Magistrates’ Court yesterday.
Magistrate Craig Attridge convicted Xavier Condor, 34, of having cannabis and cannabis resin with intent to supply, along with a digital scale intended for drug misuse and $8,223 Bermuda cash in criminal property.
Mr Attridge ruled that Condor committed the offences in St George’s on August 1, 2023, but acquitted the Hamilton Parish resident of having a substance containing THC with intent to supply on the same date.
The judge ordered that a report be written for Condor, adjourned the case to September 11 for sentencing and extended his bail until that time.
