Man remanded in alleged intrusion of privacy case

A man accused of intruding on a woman’s privacy has been remanded into custody.

The 41-year-old defendant, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, declined to enter a plea to the offence, which allegedly occurred in Pembroke yesterday, when he appeared in Magistrates’ Court today.

Magistrate Craig Attridge recorded a not guilty plea against the man and remanded him into custody until September 4.
