A man who intruded on a woman’s privacy will be sentenced in Magistrates’ Court in February.

Kevin Rubaine, 48, admitted the offence when he appeared in court yesterday.

Rubaine, from Devonshire, committed the offence in St George’s on Monday.

Magistrate Maria Sofianos ordered reports to be written for Rubaine, who has similar previous convictions, and remanded him in custody until February 13, when he is expected to be sentenced for the offence.
