A man is facing two charges of defacing a Devil’s Hole building.

David Mark Trott, 58, denied the offences, as well as two charges of offensive words, when he appeared in Magistrates’ Court.

Mr Trott, from Smith’s, allegedly committed the offences between December 30 and 31, 2024, and January 9 and 10, 2025.

Magistrate Maria Sofianos released Mr Trott on bail until February 16 and ordered him not to contact the alleged complainants.
