A Devonshire man has denied charges of wounding and making death threats in an incident last month
David Medeiros Pacheco, 32, appeared in the Supreme Court yesterday.
He denied an allegation that he wounded Carlos Correia with intent to cause grievous bodily harm in an incident on March 11 and further pleaded not guilty a charge of threatening to murder on the same date.
Puisne Judge Alan Richards adjourned the matter until next month, when the matter will return to the Supreme Court.
