The Bermuda Cricket Board will be holding a free Pee Wee 'Have-a-go' five week programme for children at Berkeley Institute Gym every Saturday.

From March 17 to April 14, the fun-packed sessions will introduce youngsters, aged between 5-7, to the basics of the game.

Lloyd Fray, president of the BCB, said: "This is one of the BCB's most popular programmes with it being fully subscribed for the past three years.

“The aim of the programme is to introduce five to seven year olds to the basics of cricket and for them to continue playing cricket entering our under-8, under-11, under-14 and under-17 programmes as they progress into early adulthood. Of these players, the most talented ones will enter into our National Academy programme."
