Southampton Rangers batsman Curtis Jackson has been banned by Bermuda Cricket Board (BCB) for his conduct during this month’s Logic Championship final at Sea Breeze Oval.It is understood that the veteran cricketer has received a 12-game ban for his conduct that marred his team’s emphatic seven wicket victory against St David’s in the rain hit final.The BCB are expected to make an official announcement on the findings of Jackson’s disciplinary hearing “shortly”.It remains unclear whether Jackson’s club has imposed disciplinary sanctions on their playerJackson landed himself in hot water after verbally lashing out at umpire Kent Gibbons following his dismissal during the September 15 Logic Championship final.It is understood that the player apologised the umpire and the BCB for his behaviour.
