Businesses hit by thieves

Thieves targeted two businesses yesterday.

A Victoria Street, Pembroke restaurant was broken into between 2am and 5am on Wednesday.

According to police it was not clear if anything had been taken.

The second break-in occurred at a service station on Middle Road, Warwick.

Cigarettes were stolen from the property.

The theft was reported to police around 5.45am on Wednesday.
