Police seize drugs during raid on Broken Hill Lane home

Cash and suspected drugs were seized by police, and two men arrested following a raid at a Smith’s home.

Officers from the Public Protection Department executed a search warrant at a residence on Broken Hill Lane on Friday, a Police spokesman said.

“A significant quantity of cash, suspected controlled drug and other items were seized,” the spokesman said.

“Two men, a 22-year-old Smith’s parish man and a 32-year-old Smith’s parish man, were arrested at the scene on suspicion of possession of a controlled drug with intent to supply.”

The spokesman added that officers are continuing to investigate the incident.
