Updated: Mar 28, 2012 09:57 AM
A Bermuda High School student was allegedly attacked by girls from other schools.
Head Linda Parker last night expressed her anger over the incident, which took place on Friday in Hamilton and is now under police investigation.
“We are horrified by this unprovoked attack upon one of our Secondary students. I am unable to comment further as the matter is currently being investigated by the police,” Mrs Parker told
The Royal Gazette.
It's understood the matter is not classed as a serious assault, but a police spokesman said yesterday: “We are aware of this incident and an officer has been assigned to make inquiries into the matter.”
